How do I open a live trading account with Scope Markets?

You can simply open a live trading account with Scope Markets on our website, and you can find a LIVE ACCOUNT BUTTON on the left-hand side. The registration will only last for a few minutes.

What are the documents needed to open a live account with Scope Markets for individual clients?

Under our AML Policy and in accordance with Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Prevention Act of 2008, IFSC Belize, identification must be provided in the form of photo ID and proof of address to verify your identity.

In the process of account opening, we require your personal details to be filled up correctly. All information should match what is in the uploaded document.

Scope Markets Funding and Withdrawal Options

What are my funding options?

You can either transfer funds through Skrill, Neteller, Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) or Bank Transfer. All the details for are made available on the deposit button on the left-hand side of your My Scope portal.

How Can I withdraw my funds?

In order for an individual to withdraw funds, you must first upload a valid proof of Address. The proof of address must be clear and readable and must not be older than 3 months and must show the same name and address as your account application.

If you would like to request for a withdrawal from your account, please complete the online request form in your My Scope Account.

What are my withdrawal options?

You can withdraw your fund through this option whichever is convenient for you.

Managing your MyScope Account

How can I change my personal details?

Once registered, you can change your personal details by sending us a request. On your My Scope account, click your Name on the upper right-hand corner. You can see that all details are greyed-out. You can click on the "send change request" button, and you can enter the information you wish to change, and our customer service will contact you shortly.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by clicking on Settings on the upper right-hand corner, enter the old password and nominate a new one. Passwords must be 8 alphanumeric characters.

If you don’t remember your password?

To reset your password, click on the “forgot your password” on the MyScope login page and just type the email address you used to sign in. We will send an email for the Reset Password Confirmation. Click on the link, and you can nominate a new password. Passwords must be 8 alphanumeric characters.

How can I upload documents?

If you wish to upload Identification Requirements and Proof of Address simply go to your MyScope portal and select Documents Uploader. In the drop-down, select the type of document you wish to upload.

How can I add a trading account to my existing My Scope Account?

You can add a trading account on your MyScope dashboard and clicking Add Additional Live Account. You can only add up to 5 trading accounts. If you wish to add more trading accounts, you may contact us at [email protected]
